The Workflow

I follow an easy progress to ensure a satisfying and enjoyable work experience for you and me.

First Discussion

You have the option to either approach us with a finished design or discuss the possibilities before beginning the website design process. We'll present you with various solutions and tailor everything to your preferences. Additionally, we'll discuss availability, project timelines, and provide a rough estimate based on your requirements. Following this discussion, we'll send you a proposal and invite you to our client portal upon acceptance.

Design Handover

Once the design is completed by you or your agency, we'll review it together. During this phase, we'll ensure alignment with your design vision and discuss any ideas you want us to bring to life, particularly regarding animations and interactions. The extent of our responsibility in this phase will determine the intensity of our collaboration in this phase, as we aim to ensure the project is completed efficiently and cleanly, with minimal misunderstandings.

When this is set our primary expertise comes into play. You'll grant us access to the screen design file of the agreed-upon software, and then you can sit back and witness your design come to life.

We always prefer designs created in Figma with a website structure based on Relume elements. We totally do not rely on that but it makes it easier for as and more cost-efficent for you!

Development Phase

We handle the development in Webflow and will share our progress once the landing page is completed. We've opted not to share unfinished pages to avoid confusion. Unless agreed otherwise, you'll be a silent observer of the process, and we'll reach out to you if any questions arise that weren't addressed initially, discussing solutions together. We won't make decisions independently unless specified otherwise.

We will code the website following we client-first structure by finsweet.

Testing and Fixing

Once the website is completed, we'll conduct comprehensive browser and device testing. Following this, we'll request your review and make the website available for your client's inspection. If your client requests adjustments unrelated to bugs and wishes to alter the design provided to us, there will be charges incurred.

While we're flexible and allow a small margin for minor changes within the agreed-upon budget, significant alterations may require additional fees.

Documentation

We'll create a client-branded documentation in PDF format for your client. This document will comprehensively outline all systems utilized, providing the client with a clear understanding of their website. Particularly with CMS and external software integrations, we'll provide detailed documentation to inform the client about what they're able to do, how to do it, and when to contact a developer for changes.

Website Handover

Once all steps are completed, it's time to transfer the website to either your Webflow account or your client's Webflow account. We'll send the final invoice, and your client can then enjoy their new website presence.

Let`s create something awesome!

I would love to talk about your project and how I can support you in the development process!
